From the publishers

Going through a journey of more than a thousand years, coffee is destined to be not just a cup of beverage. This book gives a glimpse of coffee’s influence on customs, food, arts, philosophy, trade and finance through historical fragments. A thorough infographic of coffee’s timeline as well as the three waves of coffee display the steps coffee has taken from Ethiopia to the world.
